Estockchair collects applicable sales tax on orders shipped to Texas and any other jurisdiction where tax collection is required by law.

Estockchair offers a 30-day return policy on eligible massage chairs, beginning on the date of delivery. All returns require prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Customers are responsible for the original outbound shipping cost and return shipping cost, including orders originally offered with free standard shipping.

A 20% restocking fee applies to eligible returns of non-Titan brand massage chairs, including Osaki, Osaki Platinum, and AmaMedic products. Titan brand massage chairs are not subject to this standard 20% restocking fee.

White Glove Delivery fees are non-refundable. Returned products must include all original packaging, accessories, and components and must be in new, resalable condition.

Returns requested after the 30-day period are not accepted under the standard return policy. Custom-built or specially manufactured products may be excluded from standard returns when clearly identified as non-returnable before purchase.

To request a return, please contact Estockchair at help@estockchair.com within 30 calendar days of receiving your product.

Please include your order number, product information, and reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide an RMA number and return shipping instructions.

Do not ship any merchandise before receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Customers must securely package the product using its original packaging and include all required documentation.

Return shipments should be insured against loss or damage.

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed according to the applicable return conditions.

Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, applicable restocking fees, and non-refundable delivery services will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

All massage chairs purchased from Estockchair are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and model.

Please inspect your product upon delivery and report any damage, defects, or incorrect items promptly to help@estockchair.com.

Warranty claims, repairs, and replacements are subject to the manufacturer's terms. For returns and refunds, please refer to Sections 02, 03, and 04 above.
